Service Rates

In House Diagnostic Fee $50
(fee is waived if you agree to the quoted job)

On Site General Rate $95/hr (2hr min)
In House General Rate $75/hr (½hr min)
On Site Server Rate $135/hr (2hr min)
In House Server Rate $115/hr (½hr min)

Pickup / Drop Off Service - flat $20 fee in our service area. All work is done under the In House rate and there is usually a 24hr turn around.

Block Time Contract

Plan ahead, budget in advance and avoid unexpected IT expenses.

Buy your service and support time in advance and have it when you need it. The time purchased in a Block Time Contract does not expire, it's there until you use it.
  • Receive priority service and a discounted rate.
  • Block Time Contracts have 8x5 service with a 4 hour response time.
  • No 2 hour minimum for On Site work.
  • Priority over non-contract service calls.
  • All work is billed under the General Rate (no Server Rate).
  • Block Time Contract receives a 10% discount on the hourly rate.

    • Full Time Support Contract

    Best for frequent and ongoing support.

    Full Time Support includes technical support with hardware, networking, desktop and server Operating Systems. We also do OS Patching, Anti Virus update, and general application support. Full Time Support does not include the cost of hardware for replacement or upgrades.
  • Receive priority service and a discounted rate.
  • Full Time Support have 8x5 service with a 4 hour response time.
  • No 2 hour minimum for On Site work.
  • Priority over non-contract service calls.
  • All work is calculated at a special $70 per hour reduced rate (effectively a 25% discount).
  • The Full Time Support contract has a monthly usage cap and is priced according to the expected monthly usage.
  • Requires a minimum 3 month commitment
